Are you into New Years resolutions or Not?

Hi Loves,
I am not a fan on creating New Years resolutions. I know that they work for some people and others they don't. I am a firm believer in making a plan, and sticking to it, there will be bumps along the way but you get right up, dust off and keep on moving. This year my goal is to exercise more, and take it seriously, so as result I am putting things in place to facilitate this goal.

1. Gym Time
I have made a promise to myself that for the next 6 months, I will commit to going to the gym a minimum of 3 times per week. My husband purchased the membership at Planet Fitness, why not take advantage of it.

2. Eating
If I could help it, I will not eat after 7pm at night. I find that when I stick to this regimen, I loose weight faster. It works for me, so this means no late night snacking 😭😭😭😭

3. Sleeping
It is important that I stick to a strict routine for bed. I must get to bed by 9pm. This is very hard because some of the shows I like to watch start at 9. Other times I am up grading, or completing something for school the next day. This is a constant battle for me, but I will try my utmost best.
